Office Training
To provide new student workers clear work expectations, and provide them time to practice editing training videos, I developed an orientation that students initially completed by themselves for live feedback.
New employees first completed a Rise module that reviewed work protocol, software, and university resources.

After completing the Rise module, new employees prepared to use Camtasia by completing two exercises. This sample showed how to avoid and detect common visual and audio mistakes.
